Following are photos of a home remodel, seismic retrofit, and addition.  First we replaced the entire foundation and created a family room and bathroom in the new space.   Then we opened up the back of the house and remodeled the kitchen and dining room.   Next, we built a vertical addition on the back of the house consisting of a large master bedroom, bathrrom, and office.
